The piece

About this piece

Good quality mahogany Chippendale style Bureau Bookcase in nice condition. The upper section has a pendant moulded dentil cornice with three adjustable shelves enclosed by two astragal glazed doors. The sloping fall enclosing fitted interior with a central pull out inkwell and stationary compartment, fitted with tan leather to the fall. The base has two short over three long graduated drawers, stands on ball and claw feet.

Dismantles in two parts for ease of transport.
