About this piece
Antique Yew Wood Chest
Item Code: S27-768A
A fine quality yew wood chest, beautifully constructed with particularly striking figured veneers displaying rich colour and dramatic grain throughout. The shaped top above a well-arranged configuration of drawers, centred by a tambour-front cupboard, gives the piece both visual interest and practical versatility.
The chest is raised on elegant cabriole legs and retains its original turned brass knobs. * Central tambour-front cupboard
* Flanking drawers with original turned brass knobs
* Shaped top and refined proportions
* Raised on cabriole legs
* Rich colour and attractive grain throughout
