Circa 1820
A magnificent 19th century mahogany secretaire breakfront bookcase of impressive scale and elegant proportions. The upper section features four glazed doors with finely crafted gothic astragal glazing, opening to adjustable shelves for ample display space. Below, the central fall-front secretaire drawer opens to reveal a fitted interior with small drawers and pigeonholes, creating a refined writing or storage area. The lower cupboards provide generous enclosed storage, all raised on a plinth base.
